Who we are

The CFRD is a team of Christ loving, Bible believing servants who want to equip, encourage and help those impacted by rare diseases and special conditions by strengthening families and individuals, by building up church leaders and special needs ministries, and by engaging rare disease communities with the hope we have in Jesus Christ.

We are ordinary people seeking to do extraordinary things for others.

The gifts and experiences of our team have been brought together to have collective impact on our mission.

We are visionaries, creatives, authors, veterans, pastors, teachers, business people, entrepreneurs, counselors, students and above all . . . people passionate for the Gospel of Jesus Christ and it’s transforming power for those impacted by rare diseases and conditions.

We believe that we are both body and spirit and that medicine is a common grace. We see innovation in medicine as a gift for individuals suffering with rare diseases and conditions. We likewise believe in the sufficiency of Scripture for Biblical Counseling and for caring of the soul.
